Phenom’s leadership team founded Inside Sports & Entertainment Group (Inside SEG) in 2004. Inside SEG quickly grew to become an industry leader in the entertainment and hospitality space. In 2014, Inside SEG was acquired by Creative Artists Agency (CAA), one of the world’s largest and most respected entertainment companies.
After spending 5 years building and leading CAA’s Premium Experience division, Ety Rybak and Craig Esposito co-founded Phenom Sports & Entertainment.
